The website www.collegepharmacy.co.uk has a written complaints policy and procedures. We wish to offer people an explanation for any concern they have and use feedback constructively to improve the services provided by the pharmacy. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days of receiving them and to respond to all formal written complaints within five working days of receiving them.
